So our dog Rajah has a new name, Meatloaf. I picked up Boston Market for Mo and me for dinner yesterday. Mo ate as much as she was going to of her dinner and then said we should go for a walk. When we got back, I noticed that her plate was empty on the couch and threw it out. Later I noticed that the dog had some red streaks in his beard. I was first worried it was blood. Once I got near him to check it out, I realized it was ketchup! Turns out that Mo had an entire piece of meatloaf and a full helping of green beans left on her plate before we left for the walk.

Wow it has been a long time since I posted anything. Sorry, I don’t have any great stories today. I just wanted to share some of the latest “ultracute” Ben pictures. Be sure to go back a page or two if you haven’t visited in a while.

According to one of the many books/web sites we have been reading, Ben may smile in response to seeing us smile around six weeks.

So I was standing in the kitchen holding Ben after work yesterday while Mo was washing his bottles. She turned to look at us right as he started to grin from ear to ear. It was precious, but now Ben and I are in the doghouse. I think the quote was, “I was home with him all day and all I got was, ‘eh, eh, eh.’ You are home for five minutes and you get a smile.”

Mo told me that she got a smile from him while she put him in the car today, but I am not sure it helped my cause.
