So Mo was having back pains lately. It has been going on for a while since the baby came, so I got used to asking if it was her back if she had a look of pain on her face (as if that is the only painful thing she has going on right now). Anyway, I asked her if she wanted some orange sherbert in the middle of a feeding. She said, “Sure, as soon as I am done.” So once she was, I promptly prepared a bowl for her. After I handed it to her, I turned on the light behind her. Suddenly I hear this moaning and when I look, all I see is her slumping over to one side of the chair. I assumed it was her back, and asked her if that was the problem. I found out her back was fine when I came around to the front of her chair and she announced, “Ma tounge ithh tuck to da thpoon!”

Mo has since told me that I shouldn’t leave the spoon in the sherbert.
