The holiday weekend was quite busy. Sunday we had lots of fun at the pool, the DQ and at home flying Ben’s Kite…

David: Ben, do you want milk or water with lunch?
Ben: <no response, he got milk>
[an hour later]
David: Ben, do you want to go to the park or play in the back yard?
Ben: Milk.

Ben was holding the camera, so the video is painful to watch, but the audio is pretty funny.

Tons of Trucks 2009
Ben enjoyed Tons of Trucks again this year, although he spent most of his time there with his hands over his ears after he walked right in front of a Freightliner truck as someone blasted the horn. Not too many pictures as we were limited on time, but click the photo below to see the rest.

Giada and Monique are still perfect. Monique even got to sleep some in her own bed last night! Woo hoo!
By the way, I’ve posted a couple more pictures here since the last blog post. Although, not enough for some. I’ll work to get more up there soon. So keep checking.
Giada Vianne
Giada Vianne was born today (2-25-2009) at 3:02pm. She is a precious little girl who weighs 7 pounds 7 ounces and is 20 1/2 inches long. Mom and baby are doing wonderfully. In fact, the labor couldn’t have gone easier. It only took about 30 minutes and 4 BIG pushes. We hope to be going home late tomorrow or sometime on Friday.
